By accessing or using Grahm AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Grahm AI is a SaaS platform that helps organizations create, manage, and publish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. The Service includes AI-powered features for generating and reviewing documentation from support tickets and other inputs.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@grahm.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Grahm AI a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to delivering the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and review SOPs and documentation. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use. Grahm AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, authenticated API access, and row-level data isolation. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits specified in the current plan details.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Content for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, Your Content may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grahm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
